The iconic video game hero Mario breaks free from digital reality into the physical world, but the escape turns disastrous. The character becomes suspended on the borderline between the two worlds and literally disintegrates: the three-dimensional form of the game model falls out of his 'skin', a stretched texture, and from it emerges the digital skeleton, the framework that held this form and allowed it to move.
Like a romantic hero, Mario escapes the confines of his everyday life, dreaming of a mysterious and incomprehensible world. However, our reality proves unprepared to accommodate a digital being, and this leap from the screen ends in Mario's death.
